Who Funds the Request, and Who Does Not Fund It
A lender puts up the money, approves or declines, and sets the rate. A broker handles none of that: we match requests with funding partners, and the partner decides and sets the terms.
So what does a loan broker do all day? In our case: we ask what the money is for, explain how each option is repaid, list the records a partner will likely want, and route the request to partners who write that product. The written offer always comes from the partner.
What We Work On
Six business funding options: working capital, term loans, lines of credit, inventory financing, equipment financing and merchant cash advances, which are not loans. Partners consider businesses across most industries; trucking and agriculture are outside the scope of this site.
We do not arrange personal, auto, mortgage or payday loans, and we do not offer grants. Skymont Lenders is a broker, not a lender, despite the word in the name.
