This version took effect on October 18, 2026. This policy applies to skymontlenders.com and to information you give Skymont Lenders of Rexburg, ID by form, phone or text. Skymont Lenders helps businesses request funding from third-party funding partners and does not provide the funding itself.
Information You Give Us
When you send the funding request form, it collects:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company name, if you choose to provide it
- Time in business, selected from a list
- Annual revenue range, selected from a list
- Requested amount range, selected from a list
- Whether you consented to calls and messages
On a call or in the request form you may also tell us what the funding is for, how your business is organized, and details about existing debts. If you later choose to send documents such as bank statements, we receive those too.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, ours and the services that host it record basic technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of each visit. The request form is provided by a third-party form service that may record similar data when the form loads or is submitted.

Who Receives Your Information
We share information about your request with funding partners so they can review it, and only for the purpose of considering it. Those partners handle what they receive under their own privacy policies. We also use service providers, such as the form service, phone and messaging providers and website hosting, which process data for us.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Text Messages
If you agree to receive texts, your phone number and consent record are used to send messages about your request. Nobody else receives your text consent for their own marketing. The SMS terms, linked in the footer, give the details.
How Long Records Are Kept
We keep request and communication records for as long as needed to respond, to keep a record of consent, and to meet legal and business record-keeping needs, then delete or de-identify them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and the form is sent over an encrypted connection. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so please do not send Social Security numbers, account passwords or full bank account numbers by email or text.
